Age, Stage and Prior Learning: Designed for S1–S3. Encourage simple prototypes and strong reasoning rather than polished app mock-ups.
Before You Start: Learners may use a problem from the Day-in-the-Life challenge or a teacher-provided problem.
How to Open This: Ask: “What is one problem in learning that technology has still not solved well?”
Scheduling: Steps 1–4 need 35–45 minutes. Step 5 needs 25–35 minutes.
If a Pupil Gets Stuck: Provide a user/problem template and three possible solution ideas. Allow a paper prototype.
