Good design starts with a person, situation and barrier rather than a feature list.
The first idea often reflects the tool we already know rather than the strongest response.
A futuristic idea still needs user evidence.
Compare your solution with one current technology, teaching method or accessibility approach. Identify what already works and what your concept still needs to solve.
Create a rough paper prototype and test it with 3–5 peers or a teacher. Ask what problem they think it solves, what is unclear and what risk they notice.
A safeguard is stronger when it appears in the product or process rather than in a policy nobody reads.
Your prototype can be simple. It should make the experience, key functions and safeguards understandable.
Show user, problem, experience flow, safeguards and expected benefit.
Pitch the problem, prototype, evidence/feedback and safeguards.
Demonstrate how the solution works and why the final version changed.
The final challenge combines the strongest ideas from the whole series into a blueprint for School 2040.
